Senior Paid Amplification Specialist

We create and deliver an aligned, dedicated marketing strategy to fuel each Expedia Group brand's success. Since our travelers interact with us through our brands, we have a brand focus in our marketing, while leveraging the scale and efficiency we’ve built in functional expertise.

Expedia Group’s Global Social Media team is responsible for shaping the voice of our flagship brands across platforms—delivering innovative, data-driven strategies that inspire travelers and drive meaningful engagement. We work closely with Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to connect with audiences worldwide.

As part of this mission, we’re seeking a meticulous, data-driven digital marketer to join our paid amplification team as a Senior Paid Amplification Specialist. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple channels, collaborate with in-house teams, and blend creativity, analytics, and strategic thinking to fuel global growth and engagement.

In This Role, You Will

  • Spearhead creation and optimization of paid amplification campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest
  • Collaborate on global dark post amplification, influencer campaigns, and B2B/B2C paid media strategies tailored to specific audiences and markets
  • Deliver data-driven performance analysis and ad optimization insights to internal stakeholders
  • Develop, document, and execute testing strategies to uncover channel-specific insights and drive continual improvements
  • Provide monthly reporting and analysis in partnership with social and influencer analytics teams
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, experimentation, and testing.
  • Support implementation of broader platform opportunities to accelerate company growth initiatives

Experience And Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in paid social advertising, digital marketing, or influencer marketing
  • Familiarity with major social media advertising platforms and their capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making
  • A collaborative mindset—someone who fosters team synergy and high performance
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates integrity, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently
  • Foundational knowledge of influencer marketing is a plus

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $82,500.00 to $115,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
