Role Overview
The Org Transformation team partners across HR, Legal, Finance, Tech, and Business teams to provide operational support to successfully execute people-related change programs. We develop processes and frameworks that establish a consistent, compliant, and employee centric approach that ensures employee transitions are managed with the utmost respect and care.The HR Analyst- OT Administration Enablement plays a hands-on support role within the Org Transformation portfolio, with a primary focus on creating, maintaining, and improving documentation that results directly from organizational change events.
This role is responsible for generating required administrative and compliance documentation (e.g. Attachment A, change summaries, employee-level artifacts, and process outputs), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. This role also identifies opportunities to streamline how these documents are produced, stored, and scaled through standardization and automation.This role partners closely with Org Transformation, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Legal, and regional teams to ensure that documentation created during transformation activities is complete, repeatable, and easy to execute.
This is a hybrid, 8-Month W2-contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain documentation produced as a result of organizational change events (e.g. Attachment A, employee lists, approval logs, compliance summaries, and related artifacts)
- Translate transformation decisions and inputs into clear, accurate administrative and compliance documentation
- Ensure documentation aligns to required formats, template, and expectations across regions and functions
- Own version control, storage, and distribution of event-generated documentation
- Maintain and evolve standard templates for recuring documentation needs
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or rework in current documentation and propose improvements
- Support creation of “ready-to-use” documentation packages to reduce manual effort and errors
- Identify patterns that signal opportunities for reuse, automation or simplification
Required Qualifications
- 2-years’ experience in HR Operations, program support, shared services, or transformation/PMO-style roles
- Strong experience supporting complex initiatives through documentation, coordination, and execution
- Familiarity with HR platforms such as ServiceNow and Workday
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written communication skills, with ability to produce concise, well-structured documentation
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and reducing administrative friction
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-heave administrative work with accuracy and consistency
- Strong version control, organization, and documentation hygiene skills across shared tools and repositories
- Ability to standardize templates, checklists, and documentation bundles to reduce rework and manual effort
- Working knowledge of HR or enterprise tools (Workday, ServiceNow)
