We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and discreet Administrative Assistant to join a private Family Office on a 6-month temporary basis, with the potential to convert to a full-time role. This position reports to the Chief of Staff and requires the utmost level of confidentiality, trust, and discretion.
This role is project-focused, with primary responsibility for supporting two major initiatives, as well as providing general administrative support related to those projects and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support two large, high-priority projects, including coordination, tracking timelines, and maintaining documentation
- Provide administrative support related to project execution and internal operations
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
- Coordinate logistics related to assigned projects
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Assist with additional administrative and special projects as assigned
