Be our next Strategic Development Manager
Join our Living and Learning Division as a Strategic Sustainability Lead, advancing energy efficiency and green building initiatives for educational and residential environments. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, educators, and community stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects, secure green certifications, and foster healthy, resilient spaces for living and learning.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Assist on leading sustainability projects for K-12 schools, higher education campuses, and residential communities, from planning through implementation.
- Integrate sustainable practices into building design, retrofits, and operations, focusing on occupant health, energy performance, and learning outcomes.
- Assist with RFPs, government bids preparation.
- Translate technical information into accessible content for educators, residents, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities in the educational and residential green building sector.
- Facilitate workshops, trainings, and community engagement events to promote sustainability awareness and best practices.
- Oversee project documentation, compliance, and reporting.
- Support business development efforts, including lead generation and partnership building with schools, universities, and housing organizations.
- Mentor interns and early-career professionals interested in sustainability and green building careers.
- Represent the division at industry events, conferences, and community forums.
