Be our next Senior Project Engineer (CEI) for our Celebration, FL office to work on Florida Department of Transportation Moving Florida Forward I-4 projects.
Senior Project Engineer to provide supervision and engineering/construction management support for projects
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection program.
- Plans and organizes the work of subordinate and staff members.
- Develops and/or reviews policies, methods, practices, and procedures.
- Reviews programs and projects for conformance with Department standards
Working in office full time in our Celebration, Florida office.
What your experience looks like
- Civil Engineering degree or related field.
- P.E. license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of two (2) of the years of related experience must be in major road or bridge construction and five (5) years in major bridge construction.
- For non-degreed personnel the aforementioned registration and ten (10) years of engineering experience (two (2) years of which are in major road or bridge construction).
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing.
- Prior relevant work experience in District 5
- Five (5) years of Senior Project Engineer experience with an overall ten (10) years of related engineering experience (preferred).
- Qualifications: Attend the CTQP Quality Control Manager course and pass the examination.
- Certifications: FDOT Advanced MOT
