As a Wireless Sales Team Member the individual will bridge the gap between our clients and their customers by interacting with them directly and actively listening to understand how we can assist them best. Our company is in charge of our direct sales and wireless customer service departments, spearheading customer acquisitions.
In this full-time position the Wireless Sales Team Member is responsible for educating potential customers on wireless products and services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, explaining various plans, features, and benefits, and assisting them with sign-ups and troubleshooting. As a Wireless Sales Team Member this role involves excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping people connect.
Wireless Sales Team Member Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding customer service and displaying product knowledge as a Wireless Sales Team Member to assist customers with their orders or inquires
- Train alongside other Wireless Sales Team Members and Management to develop best practices and procedure to implement in customer based situations
- Actively listen to customers with empathy as they express their needs to enrollment them in the best wireless plan for them
- Be a part of the entire sales cycle to increase customer acquisitions and satisfaction
- Stay current on the newest products and wireless services
Wireless Sales Team Member Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Wireless Sales, customer service or relative experience is preferred
- Willingness to learn and utilize proven direct sales strategies to deliver superb customer service and satisfy customer needs
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to excel and achieve in a fast paced professional setting
- Energetic and detail-oriented individual with the passion for collaborating with Wireless Sales Team Members and customers
- Time management skills and attention to detail
