Entry Level Enrollment Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and master product knowledge for wireless products, qualifications for enrollment and offerings to deliver customized solutions to match customer needs
- Execute direct sales and account management strategies to acquire new customers.
- Conduct one-on-one presentations and product demonstrations with decision makers and customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to build trust and rapport, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty and potential referrals
- Act as a primary point of contact, offering personalized support and strategic advice to enhance their customer experience
- Participate actively in ongoing training and development to enhance skills in the Entry Level Enrollment Representative role
- Represent our company and its clients, with professionalism and integrity

Entry Level Enrollment Representative Qualifications:
- Relative Entry Level Account Management experience is a plus
- Ability to work sufficiently as an individual and as part of a diverse team
