About The Role
We're hiring experienced OTR drivers to haul fresh produce in refrigerated trailers. Our freight is time-sensitive and our customers count on us — we're looking for professional drivers who run safe, clean, and on schedule.
What You'll Do
- Operate a Class A tractor-trailer (reefer) on regional and long-haul routes in full compliance with FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Maintain temperature integrity of perishable loads; complete required temp checks and report reefer issues immediately
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; keep accurate ELD logs and DOT compliance at all times
- Communicate proactively with dispatch on delivery windows, delays, and load status
- Complete all delivery paperwork accurately — BOLs, lumper receipts, and temperature logs — before departing the receiver
- Valid CDL Class A with clean MVR
- Minimum [1–2] years of verifiable OTR experience; reefer experience strongly preferred
- Current DOT medical card
- Working knowledge of FMCSA hours-of-service regulations
- Reliable, safety-first mindset
