Exowatt is revolutionizing the energy landscape for the AI era with our groundbreaking P3 system that captures solar energy, stores it as heat, and generates electricity on demand. Founded in 2023 and backed by leading investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Sam Altman, and Felicis, we're committed to providing clean, modular, and scalable power that meets the rapidly growing demands of AI infrastructure. Our mission is to make sustainable renewable energy always available and almost free, enabling technological advancement while protecting our planet.


We need a Go to Market Lead to drive commercial expansion as we transition from early deployments to market leadership. You'll own the strategy and execution for selling our revolutionary energy platform to hyperscalers, data center operators, and industrial customers. This role reports to the CEO and will build the commercial engine that transforms how critical infrastructure is powered.


This position is based in Miami, FL. If selected, relocation to Miami, FL is required. Exowatt provides relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue: Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from strategy through close with Fortune 500 data center operators and hyperscalers
  • Build Market Strategy: Define GTM approach, market segmentation, and pricing to accelerate adoption of thermal storage technology
  • Develop Partnerships: Establish strategic relationships with EPCs, utilities, and developers to expand market reach
  • Shape Product Direction: Translate customer needs into product requirements and inform engineering roadmap
  • Scale the Team: Responsibly build and lead a high-performing commercial organization as we grow


Requirements
  • Experience: 5-15 years in enterprise sales/business development within energy, infrastructure, or data center industries
  • Track Record: Proven success closing multi-million dollar deals with enterprise customers
  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of renewable energy, storage technologies, and data center power requirements
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to articulate complex energy solutions to both technical and executive audiences
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience developing and executing GTM strategies for innovative technology products
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical advanced degree preferred
