Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, answering questions about merchandise and store policies.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments.
- Maintain well-organized merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to enhance visual appeal.
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and managing stock rotation.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
Skills
- Proven experience with POS systems and cash register operations.
- Skilled in customer service with a focus on positive interactions and problem resolution.
- Capable of performing merchandising, stocking, and cashiering.
- Demonstrates professionalism when engaging with customers over the phone or in person.
