- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending additional items.
- Maintain a well-organized sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices. .
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and assist in inventory management tasks.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
