As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while helping drive sales and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Educate customers about exotic and international snack products
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and ensure displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Support in-store promotions, events, and product tastings
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to company standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for snacks, food culture, or international products is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
