Senior Automotive Glass & ADAS Technician (ADAS Training Provided)
$100K Expected Total Compensation | Bellevue, WA
Exotic Motors Auto Rebuild is looking for an experienced, high-performing Automotive Glass Technician who wants to expand their career into advanced ADAS diagnostics and calibrations. This is not an entry-level position. We want a skilled professional who takes pride in exceptional workmanship, works hard, stays productive, and is ready to contribute immediately.
Compensation
- Competitive base compensation
- Performance-based bonus
- Expected total compensation, $80.000 - $120,000.00 for a qualified, productive technician.
- Candidates with strong, relevant hands-on ADAS calibration experience could earn substantially more
- Final compensation will be based on experience, technical ability, productivity, certifications, and ADAS capabilities
What we are looking for
- Minimum three years of professional automotive glass experience
- Strong experience removing, preparing, and installing automotive glass
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to factory-quality workmanship
- Must own a complete set of professional automotive glass tools and be ready to work
- Dependable, hardworking, organized, and able to perform in a high-volume professional environment
- Willingness to complete advanced technical and ADAS training
- Willingness to travel when necessary for specialized training
- Existing I-CAR certifications are a strong plus
- Must be willing to achieve and maintain I-CAR Platinum-level certification
- Previous hands-on ADAS diagnostics or calibration experience is highly valued ADAS Training and Career Growth
This position offers the opportunity to develop real-world experience with advanced driver-assistance systems, including camera, radar, and sensor calibration requirements associated with automotive glass replacement.
