Position Overview:
We need someone who knows how to sell—not just stand around. This role is for a person who understands customer engagement, can drive revenue, and takes ownership of the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers and drive sales
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Handle transactions accurately (POS, cash, card)
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to hit sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Team player with a strong work ethic
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in gift and novelty (i.e. Adult, Smoke, Tattoo Equipment) [Preferred not required]
- Upselling and closing experience
