Role Description
Because of this growth, we are looking for a highly capable, high-ownership operator to step into a demanding leadership role within a fast-growing company. This is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. This role is designed for someone who is comfortable moving quickly, solving problems as they arise, taking full accountability, and acting as a true extension of the founders.
The right person will help remove the founders from day-to-day fire drills by becoming a central point of leadership, decision-making, and execution across the business. This role requires strong judgment, responsiveness, urgency, and the ability to take ownership of outcomes rather than simply managing tasks. Nights and weekends may occasionally require attention, and the person in this role must be comfortable operating in a high-demand environment where issues do not always wait until the next business day.

Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, workflow optimization, and resource planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to improve processes and enforce compliance

- A proven track record in project management and cross-department collaboration
- Proficiency in using business operations software and tools
