Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support by assisting in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain an exceptional experience for all members.
- Lead efforts to create awareness of the center through local outreach activities and foster strong community connections.
- Drive the growth of profit centers by promoting club services to new and prospective members.
- Support membership retention by engaging with current members, addressing their needs, and enhancing their overall experience.
- Oversee the delivery of engaging, informative, and personalized site tours for potential members.
- Assist with payroll processing, scheduling, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with the hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members to maintain a high-performing staff.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the overall success of the club.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
- Energetic, friendly, and personable with a dynamic personality that inspires others.
- Strong multitasking skills, goal-oriented, and self-directed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and motivate others.
- Professional demeanor with polished appearance and phone manner.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
