Chief Financial Officer

• Produce financial statements and reports, reporting on financial performance
• Oversee, mentor, and train staff
• Complete projections and budgets, including cash management
• Offer accounting expertise to staff and leadership, including researching GAAP treatment
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy and timeliness with monthly close
• Other duties and projects as needed

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• A minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years of this in public accounting, is strongly preferred
• A CPA or MBA is strongly preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently or in a team
• Must be able to acclimate quickly at different client sites, including getting up to speed with people, processes, and computer systems
• Must possess a positive attitude, be able to produce our core focus, and exhibit our core values
