What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Aide position at Exodus Recovery Inc.?
Exodus Recovery, Inc is looking to hire Residential Aides for our DHS programs.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Residential Aid functions as part of the operations and treatment team. They are actively involved in providing care and oversight of the environment as well as support and supervision of the clients under the supervision of the Program Director.
We are currently hiring for the locations listed below:
- Broadway Stabilization Shelter (90031)
- Culver City Programs (90230)
- All Is Well/ ODR Program (90011)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prefer lived experience and/or professional experience working with complex, homeless populations who are high users of multiple public health systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills necessary. Bilingual preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working with complex, homeless or related populations.
- Valid CA driver's license and good driving record is required.
EDUCATION:
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Peer Advocate Certificate preferred. Additional certifications/ training may include CNA, MHW.
Job Types: Full-time, Per diem
Pay: $23.00 per hour
