— Paver operator who can run grade and hold a clean mat
— Skid steer operator comfortable on tight, active jobsites
— Roller operator with a feel for compaction and finish
— Laborers who show up ready to work and work clean
— HMAC paving and heavy civil background preferred
— Solid understanding of grade, slope, and drainage on a finished surface
— Ability to read plans and execute to spec in the field
