Overview
EIS is seeking a highly experienced Cleveland-based Senior Technology Sales Executive to drive enterprise growth by acquiring new customers and expanding strategic relationships. This base plus commission role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a relationship-first mindset, a strong sense of urgency, and a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals within large organizations. This role reports directly to the CEO of EIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition within enterprise and Fortune 1000 accounts
- Expand/penetrate existing territory that contains several large key accounts with a long history of business with EIS
- Manage a territory that contains clients who have used more than 30 different skill sets such as applications development, architects, business analysts, project managers, infrastructure analysts, etc.
- Be a leader in attending local networking events such as GCP, OhioX, etc. in order to grow and expand the EIS brand
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract execution
- Build and maintain strong, long-term executive-level relationships with enterprise customers
- Lead and negotiate complex contracts involving multiple stakeholders and approval processes
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (solutions, marketing, customer success, and leadership) to deliver customer-focused outcomes
- Maintain consistent pipeline development and accurate forecasting
- Act with urgency and responsiveness to customer needs and opportunities
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of technology sales experience
- Proven enterprise sales experience, including selling into Fortune 1000 organizations
- Demonstrated success in bringing in new logos and closing net-new business
- Strong experience negotiating complex, high-value agreements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
