We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $96M Series B round in July of 2025.Job description: We’re looking for an Associate Utility Coordination to support the execution and tracking of 811 design ticket requests. This operations-focused role that plays a critical part in preparing projects for successful field operations and final map production. You’ll work closely with Utility Coordinators, Project Managers, and Mapping teams to ensure utility records are requested, documented, and delivered accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and interested in infrastructure, utilities, or operations.What You’ll DoSubmit 811 design ticket requests to state and local One Call CentersVerify ticket details and ensure required information is accurate and completeTrack ticket confirmations, response deadlines, and statuses in Monday.comContact utility owners to request available records (maps, PDFs, shapefiles, etc.)Follow up on outstanding requests and escalate issues when utilities are unresponsiveReview incoming utility records for basic completeness and usabilityUpload records to SharePoint following Exodigo standardsUpdate internal teams on ticket status and support weekly reportingFollow jurisdiction-specific requirements and internal SOPsWhat Success Looks LikeDesign tickets submitted on time and tracked accuratelyUtility records consistently uploaded, organized, and easy to findClear, timely communication with internal teams and utility ownersProjects prepared with required utility records ahead of scan datesLearn more: Our mission is to power the next era of underground exploration – saving time, money, lives, and the planet.
