EXO Performance is connecting with experienced automotive performance technicians who have a proven background in late-model GM vehicles.
Our work focuses on late-model, high-performance Corvettes, Cadillacs, and other GM platforms, from performance upgrades to extensive custom builds.

Ideal Experience
- GM LS/LT engines and performance platforms
- Performance builds, upgrades, and forced induction
- Advanced diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting
- Independent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong accountability, work ethic, initiative, and a team-first mentality, with a willingness to contribute wherever needed.
- Professional, thoughtful communication with a strong understanding of customer relationships
- Sound judgment, integrity, and commitment to upholding company culture and standards
Professional road racing experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation: COMPENSATION BASED ON DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES.
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
