EXO Environmental is a fast-growing, locally owned pest control company built on transparency, integrity, and results. We're looking for energetic and driven individuals to join us as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives and help us expand our reach throughout Southern Nevada.
As a D2D Sales Rep, you’ll be the face of our company in the community—talking to homeowners, identifying their pest concerns, and offering straightforward, no-pressure solutions. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule, the support of a company that values your work, and the tools to succeed with confidence.
- Canvass neighborhoods and engage residents in conversation
- Educate homeowners about common pest threats in the area
- Present EXO’s pest control solutions and seasonal promotions
- Offer same-day service sign-ups or schedule free inspections
- Follow our proven pitch script and personalize it to match your style
- Log leads, schedule follow-ups, and stay in touch with the owners
- Represent the EXO Environmental brand with professionalism and integrity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors
- Confident handling objections and staying positive
- Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process
- Ability to track sales and follow up with leads
- Must be 18 with a valid ID and reliable transportation
- Full onboarding support and training resources
- Sales scripts, flyers, and branded pitch materials
