Job Title: Technical Program Manager
Locations: Sunrise, Florida (Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days’ work from home)

Must-Have
- 8-12 years of progressive experience in Technical Program Management, PMO leadership, or a senior technology delivery governance role.
- Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering large, cross-functional enterprise technology programs - not just tracking them.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems - particularly customer data platforms, data governance, and how data flows across complex technical initiatives.
- Sufficient technical fluency to engage meaningfully with engineering, architecture, and platform teams - able to ask the right questions, understand constraints, and assess technical risk.
- Experience operating within or leading a formal PMO function at an enterprise or Fortune 500 level, ideally within a technology-led transformation context.
- Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication skills - able to translate technical complexity into clear business narratives and deliver difficult messages with clarity and tact.
- Proficiency with program/project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com) and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Awareness of AI-enabled delivery management - how AI tools, agentic workflows, and automation are reshaping program reporting, dependency management, and delivery analytics.
- Curiosity and openness to evaluating AI-driven improvements to PMO processes, operating models, and team productivity in partnership with platform and engineering teams.
Good to Have
- Working knowledge of Agile-at-scale frameworks - SAFe, PI Planning, Scrum-of-Scrums, Agile Release Trains (ARTs); ability to engage credibly with delivery and product teams operating in these models.
- Familiarity with integrated release planning across multi-team, multi-vendor, multi-platform environments.
- Hands-on exposure to technical delivery concepts - system requirements, functional specifications, SDLC standards, API/platform integrations - enough to hold substantive conversations with engineering and architecture teams.
- Experience working alongside Release Train Engineers (RTEs), product owners, Enterprise Architects, and agile coaches in a scaled technology delivery environment.
- Background in data platform programs, or customer data transformations.
Certifications
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe (SA or SPC), or equivalent - preferred but not mandatory.
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
