PMO Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst with 3 years of experience to manage timesheet compliance, invoicing, revenue projection, cost tracking, and resource mapping. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, minimizing revenue leakage, and maintaining project financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Timesheet & Invoicing Management:

• Ensure that all billable resources complete and submit their timesheets on time.
• Validate timesheets for accuracy and ensure they align with contract terms.
• Work closely with project managers to consolidate timesheets for monthly invoicing.
• Coordinate with finance and accounts teams to generate and process invoices accurately.

2. Revenue Projection & Cost Tracking:

• Monitor and project revenue forecasts based on resource allocation and billing data.
• Track project costs, including resource expenses, to ensure budget adherence.
• Identify any deviations in billing and escalate potential revenue leakage.

3. Resource Mapping & Utilization:

• Maintain a resource allocation tracker to map employees to projects efficiently.
• Ensure timely onboarding of resources to projects to optimize utilization.
• Monitor billable vs. non-billable efforts and provide insights for improved planning.

4. Contract & SOW Tracking:

• Track contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and renewals for all billable resources.
• Ensure that all resource contracts are aligned with project scope and budget.
• Work with legal and procurement teams to ensure timely contract renewals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in a PMO, Finance, or Project Coordination role.
• Strong understanding of timesheet tracking, invoicing, and project cost management.
• Experience with financial forecasting, revenue projection, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other financial tracking tools.
• Familiarity with contract management and SOW tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with billing tools, ERP, or project management software (JIRA, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.) is a plus.

Base Compensation Range: 50,000 – 80,000

The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
