Job Title- Business System Analyst
Location- Pittsburgh, PA and Cleveland, OH
Work Arrangement- 3 days’ Work from Office and 2 days from home
Duration: Full time
BSA -
- Collaborate with the business Product and portfolio owners to groom business requirements with the technical design leads
- Document detailed business requirements, expected business process outcomes
- Document Release Roadmap rolling one year
- Assist business portfolio owners required process and capabilities to estimate budget
- Document and create Business requirements as Master, Product Epic, stories and tasks for the crew to deliver as part of weekly sprint
- Act as a liaison between the business and technical group for business requirements

Data Architect -
- Design and Architect Master data solutions to implement new business requirements
- Document the High-level design documents calling out the changes in all the aspects of end-to-end data and process flow
- Document data integration and quality principles
- Lead Data analysts to document the low-level technical design for the developers
- Closely review, validate time to time Data Analysts and Quality Assurance team deliverables
- Closely coordinate with integration partner applications to identify impacts and coordinate for the integration changes
- Drive the documented design for implementation with the crew
- Document the Master data technical user guide and update for every release
- Lead, triage and drive the data quality issues impacting the consumers.
- Lead efforts to cleanup the data and validate consumer impacts
Salary : $110,000 - $115,000
