Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality audit process for all correspondence to ensure it meets organizational quality standards.
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of quality analysts to ensure optimal performance and adherence to departmental standards.
Analyze workflow and identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and address quality issues or errors, and work with the team to resolve them in a timely manner and implement measures to eliminate recurring issues.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team and provide regular feedback on performance.
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality standards, processes, and procedures.
Generate and track quality reports and metrics, providing insights on team performance, error rates, and process efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
Ensure the team adheres to all compliance regulations and organizational guidelines regarding correspondence.
Qualifications:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, English, Journalism, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a mail room correspondence or quality environment.
Experience managing or leading teams in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
Preferred
Previous proofreading experience.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentorship and development.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies or errors in letters and correspondence.
Critical thinking and problem solving.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to sit and or stand for an extended period of time.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
