Job Title: Solution Architect - Dynamics 365 CRM, Middleware & ERP

Job Description:-

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end business solutions spanning Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Middleware/Integration, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong understanding of how customer, operational, and financial processes integrate across the enterprise.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and third-party vendors to define solution architecture, establish technology roadmaps, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Experience within manufacturing environments is highly preferred, with exposure to production, supply chain, inventory, procurement, and customer service processes. Knowledge of Oracle ERP applications is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the end-to-end solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CRM, middleware/integration platforms, and ERP systems.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, and digital transformation strategies.
• Lead architecture design for customer engagement, sales, service, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance business processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between CRM, ERP, eCommerce, third-party applications, cloud services, and external partner systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution designs.
• Provide architecture governance, technology standards, and best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Lead enterprise integration strategy using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and cloud integration platforms.
• Support modernization initiatives, application rationalization, and process optimization efforts.
• Work closely with support and engineering teams to resolve complex cross-functional system issues and improve operational performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations that enhance business capabilities and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in enterprise application architecture, solution design, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) and integration with ERP platforms.
• Proven experience designing and delivering end-to-end CRM Middleware ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, microservices, middleware, ESB, and cloud-based integration architectures.
• Experience supporting business processes across:
  • Customer Management
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Procure-to-Pay
  • Manufacturing Operations
  • Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Inventory Management
  • Financial Management
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, Dataverse, and enterprise cloud architectures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across both business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or supply chain-driven organizations.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP, including integrations between Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
• Experience with ERP modernization or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and enterprise architecture governance practices.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or Integration-related certifications preferred.
