The Opportunity
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you won't just manage a team — you'll be the backbone of our warehouse operations, leading a crew of 3–4 associates through the full lifecycle of product handling: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. You'll work hands-on alongside your team, operate a forklift in our high-rack environment, and make sure every shipment goes out accurately and on time.

What You'll Do
Lead the Team
- Supervise, schedule, and support 3–4 warehouse associates
- Train staff on safety, equipment operation, and warehouse processes
- Coach and provide feedback to keep performance sharp
Receive & Store
- Oversee receiving of incoming product, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips
- Ensure all received product is labeled correctly per company standards
- Operate a forklift to store and retrieve product on racking systems up to 4 levels high
- Keep rack storage organized, safe, and efficient
Fulfill Orders
- Oversee and personally pick product accurately against order requirements
- Verify items for correct product, quantity, and condition before packing
- Pack product securely and appropriately for shipment
Ship It Out
- Set up and coordinate carriers for outbound shipments
- Create and apply parcel shipping labels accurately
- Ensure shipments go out on time and correctly, every time
- Maintain shipping records and documentation
- Communicate directly with customers on logistics and timing
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Monitor inventory accuracy and flag discrepancies
- Bring ideas to the table to improve processes and reduce errors
What You Bring
- 5 years of warehouse experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain one), with experience in high-rack environments
- Hands-on experience with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Familiarity with setting up carriers and generating parcel labels (UPS, FedEx, USPS, freight)
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfort with basic computer systems (inventory software, shipping platforms, Microsoft Office/Excel)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to safely work at heights associated with 4-level racking
