Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
- Develop and maintain a network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local real estate laws and company policies
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate advice to clients
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and marketing activities using company CRM systems
