Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent located in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama Area, with opportunities for some remote work. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will work closely with clients to assist in buying, selling, and renting properties. Responsibilities include conducting property market analysis, organizing property viewings, preparing and presenting purchase offers, and negotiating terms of sale. The agent will also ensure a high level of customer service throughout the entire process to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Possess an active Real Estate License
- Proven experience or knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property management. Newly licensed agents are welcome.
- Strong Sales expertise, with the ability to identify client needs and close deals effectively
- Excellent Customer Service skills to develop and maintain client satisfaction
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with the local market in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama Area is a plus
- Proficiency with real estate technology, tools, and software is advantageous, but will be taught through new agent training if needed.
