Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Broker at EXIT Realty Pikes Peak. The Real Estate Broker will represent buyers and sellers in real property transactions, including listing properties, conducting market analyses, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closings. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, following up with clients, hosting virtual or in-person showings, and maintaining accurate transaction and client records. The role involves using EXIT’s technology platforms to manage listings, market properties, and communicate with clients, while adhering to all legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements. The broker will collaborate with team members, participate in training and sales meetings, and actively contribute to the supportive culture of the brokerage.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing.
- Brokerage skills, with the ability to manage deals, advise clients, and coordinate all aspects of the transaction process.
- Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, and closing deals.
- Active real estate broker or salesperson license (or eligibility to obtain one) in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Comfort with digital tools and real estate technology platforms for marketing, lead generation, and transaction management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Previous real estate brokerage experience and knowledge of the local market are highly beneficial.
