Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service, demonstrating effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of the Joliet, IL real estate market is beneficial
- Proficiency with real estate software and tools is a plus
