Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties by providing expert guidance on market conditions and property values.
- Conduct comprehensive real estate market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for clients.
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining fairness and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Manage real estate transactions from initial offer through closing by coordinating inspections, appraisals, legal documentation, and escrow processes.
- Build strong client rapport through effective communication, personalized service, and understanding client needs to foster trust and loyalty.
- Utilize sales technology adoption tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage client interactions, and streamline administrative tasks.
- Stay informed on industry trends, local market changes, and real estate law to provide accurate advice and maintain professional standards.
- Manage multiple client accounts efficiently with organizational skills while adhering to all regulatory requirements related to fair housing and licensing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or administrative roles within the industry; familiarity with managing real estate transactions is highly valued.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse communities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with experience using sales technology tools and CRM systems supported by the industry.
