What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bail Assistant position at Exit Bail Bonds?

Duties of a Bail Assistant, are but not limited to:
Making and answering phone calls
Provide excellent customer service
Posting bonds at jails
Assist office staff with day to day duties
All other bail assistant and client service duties
Qualifications –
-MUST be able to Pass California Background Check (For State License)
-Must be professional, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
-Ability to learn quickly
-Ability to make and handle a high call volume.
-Ability to have strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
-Prior office experience required.
-*Prior Bail office experience required.*
-Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills/customer service.
-Proficient in computer skills including TYPING, utilizing software programs and Windows.
-Must be 18 or older
-Bilingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
-High School diploma or equivalent
Job Type (Must be punctual and reliable)
-Full Time
-Must have a flexible Schedule to be able to work day shifts and evening shifts
-Must be a able to work weekends and holidays
-Looking to fill 2 positions, 1 of which is a graveyard shift.
Compensation:
$20-$24 an hour (Based on Experience)
Salary : $41,600 - $47,840
