Job description:
Exit 11 Coffee is one of the only drive-thru coffee concepts in the area serving homemade, fresh, clean, and organic food and drink options, including award-winning, locally roasted organic coffee made on traditional Italian espresso equipment.

This is not a figurehead role. You are responsible for the people, the product, and the performance of your location.
Compensation: $50,000 yearly
Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts
What This Job Is
- Running day-to-day operations at a fast-paced, high-volume drive-thru location
- Training and developing baristas to perform at a high level while creating a positive guest experience
- Managing schedules, inventory, cash control, and workflow
- Conducting performance reviews, coaching employees, and addressing performance issues when needed
- Protecting and maintaining a strong team culture built on respect, accountability, and teamwork
- Working alongside your team in the drive-thrus daily
- Creating an environment where people show up ready to work, enjoy what they do, and take pride in what they serve
- Owning the outcome of every shift and leading through both busy and challenging moments
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 1–2 years as a manager in a restaurant, café, or drive-thru environment
- Experience leading teams with different backgrounds and experience levels
- Proven ability to develop employees and hold team members accountable professionally and consistently
- Someone who understands that culture is built intentionally, protected daily, and reflected in how the team operates
- The ability to create an atmosphere that is both high-performing and genuinely enjoyable to be part of
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable having direct conversations with your team
- Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts
- Passionate about hospitality
- Genuine interest in quality ingredients, clean products, and doing things the right way
- The maturity to make tough decisions and follow through professionally
