Existential Insurance is a growing independent insurance agency located in Aurora, Illinois. We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) who is organized, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent service to our clients.
This role is essential in supporting our customers with their insurance needs and assisting our team in maintaining efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with insurance-related questions
- Support customers with billing questions and payments
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Assist with policy renewals and documentation
- Communicate with insurance carriers when needed
- Update client information in the agency management system
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Bilingual English / Spanish (required)
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Insurance agency experience is a plus but not required
- Property & Casualty license is a plus

Pay
