Duties

- Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and ongoing evaluations; adapt instruction accordingly
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to support students’ social-emotional development and individual interests
- Maintain accurate records of student performance, lesson plans, and instructional activities; proofread materials for clarity and accuracy
- Engage in professional development opportunities related to education administration, tutoring techniques, or specialized teaching certifications
Qualifications
- Proven classroom experience working with children or students in a gifted program
- Excellent communication skills for working with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and academic advising practices
