Now Hiring: Class A Regional Drivers – Hourly Pay Overtime Home Weekly
Join our team as a dedicated regional driver and enjoy competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus time and a half for all hours over 40 per week. First-year earnings range from $109,000 to $133,000, offering strong income potential for motivated drivers.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Average Weekly Pay: $2,100 – $2,500
- Workload: 2–4 loads/week 6–8 stops per load
- Overtime Pay: Time and a half after 40 hours/week
- Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset at home (weekend home time not guaranteed; based on seniority)
Route & Responsibilities:
- Lane Coverage: WA to OR, ID, and Western MT
- Freight Type: 100% dry van, touch freight
- Drivers unload boxes onto store conveyor belts (no stocking shelves)
- Driver Convenience: Take your truck home with secure parking or park at our Portland yard

Location Requirements:
- Must live within 75 miles of Portland,
- No SAP drivers – Must have a clean drug and alcohol testing history (DOT-compliant)
Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 21 or older
- Experience: At least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local CDL A driving
- Clean driving record:
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past year
- No serious violations (reckless/careless driving, hit & run, etc.)
- No major DOT preventable accidents in the last 5 years
- DOT physical with at least 75 days remaining by orientation date
