The Equipment
All trucks average 18 months old. Every cab includes:
- Fridge, microwave, inverter, APU
- Flatscreen TV & XM Radio
- Freightliners, KWs, or Internationals
- Maintained fleet standard
The Pay
$0.67–$0.72 CPM based on experience and hazmat certification
Full Benefits After 60 Days: Medical, dental, 401(k), bonus, PTO
Who We're Looking For
You need to be:
- 12 months OTR in the last 15 months — including 2 months winter driving (Dec/Jan/Feb) in the Northeast or Upper Midwest
- Clean record: No DOT-preventable accidents in 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years (none major); total violations accidents 3
- No DUI in 8 years (max 1 lifetime)
- Never failed or refused a DOT drug/alcohol test — ever
- All felonies/misdemeanors 10 years old
- Comfortable driving 65% at night — this isn't negotiable
