Position Highlights:

• 100% Touch Freight: Drivers unload by placing boxes on a conveyor belt. Store personnel take it from there — no inventory, no merchandising.
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,450–$1,550
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load $500 after 30 days
• Compensation:

o $0.46–$0.56 CPM (all drivers start within this range)
o $230 per trailer
o Average 3 trailers per week (4 trailers possible = higher earnings)
o 3–4 stops per trailer
o 1,750 miles per week

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 months verifiable Class A CDL experience within the last 3 years (OTR, local, or regional – not yard jockey, school, or with trainer)
• Driving Record:

o Max 1 DOT preventable accident in past 3 years
o No more than 3 total accidents/incidents in past 3 years
o No major moving violations in the past 12 months
o Max 3 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Job Stability:

o No more than 4 jobs in the past year
o No more than 6 jobs in the past 2 years
o No more than 8 jobs in the past 3 years

• Failed or refused DOT drug test – Not eligible
• Terminated for safety reasons – Must drive for another carrier for 6 months before applying
