Compensation & Pay Structure
- Weekly Pay Range: $1,300 – $1,800
- Starting CPM Based on Verified Experience:
o 6–11 months: $0.55 CPM
o 12–24 months: $0.56 CPM
o 24 months: $0.60 CPM
- 65% Drop & Hook
Route Details
- OTR dry van freight (no-touch)
- 60% of routes run East of I-35
- Limited runs to the West Coast and New England
- Home every 10–14 days (every other weekend)

Driver Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 3 months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR)
- DOT Drug/Alcohol Test: No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests ever
- Safety Record:
o No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
o No major violations (15 mph over, careless/reckless) in the past 12 months
o Max 1 DOT preventable accident in the past 3 years (none in past 12 months)
o Max 2 non-DOT reportable accidents & 5 incidents (e.g., parking lot) in 3 years
- Job History:
o Max 6 in 2 years
o Max 8 in 3 years
