What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL A Drivers Run OTR Out 12 Home 2 100% No Touch position at Exile TR?
Class A drivers with a minimum of 3 months’ verifiable Class A driving experience in the last three years run 12 days, home two full days on no touch freight that will earn you a guaranteed minimum of $1400 and average earnings per week of $1450-$1800 /WK with a $2000 sign on bonus that is paid out over your first 90 days. Drivers are welcome to bring a pet and a rider from their first day and full benefits start after your 30 days.
- Drivers earn a guaranteed minimum of $1400 per week (if driver runs the entire week, no load refusals and no driver induced delays) with the top drivers earning $1800/WK. All the freight is no touch, and drivers run a minimum of 12 days and are home for 48 hours.
- Drivers earn guaranteed minimum or total mileage pay which is $.56-$.60CPM and 2200-3000 miles per week. All the freight is no touch and 50% drop and hook
- No Forced dispatch in NYC. Drivers may run all 48 states, but the vast majority of the freight is running I-35 and east.
- Your $2000 sign on bonus is paid at $500 after your first load, $500 at 30, 60, 90 days.
- Drivers will run newer model Freightliner and Kenworths. All trucks are automatic. From your first day driving please bring your pet and rider.
- Full benefits start on your 30th day and include medical, PTO, 401, dental and more.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time)
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months
- No major at fault CMV accidents in the last five years. This includes any accident that results in an injury, a jack knife or rollover.
- No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years
- No more than 3 preventable CMV private property/yard accidents in the last 2 years
- Can not have more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last two years
- Can not have more than more than 3 jobs in the last year
- If you have been terminated from a previous job for safety, you must have 6 months of safe driving with another carrier before being considered
Salary : $56 - $60
