What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL A Drivers Home 48 Hour Weekends 1630-2020/WK 100% No Touch position at Exile TR?
Class A drivers with 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience get home every weekend for 48 hours running no touch dry van. Our drivers average $1620-$2020/WK and in addition to some of best benefits, trucks and bonuses in the industry which is why we have one of the lowest turnover rates.
- Drivers earn $.67-$.71CPM in addition to safety bonuses and sign on bonus of up to $1500. All the freight is no touch and 65% drop and hook. Full benefits start on the first of the month after 60 days and include medical, dental, life insurance, PTR, bonus, 401K with matching and more. Drivers can bring a rider along from day one.
- Trucks are new model freightliner, Kenworth T-680. They include free XM radio, hook up satellite tv, APU, Inverter, fridge, microwave and more.
- Drivers run quite a bit at night so night driving is a must. Drivers will run as far west as IA through the Midwest and into the Northeast. THERE ARE NO PICK UPS OR DELIVERIES ANYWHERE IN THE STATE OR CITY OF NEW YORK. Drivers can take the truck home with them during weekends.
For this job the carrier is only looking for the best so here are the basics:
- A minimum of 8 months OTR or Regional in the last 3 years with two of those months running in Winter Conditions in either Dec, Jan or Feb
- Maximum of 3 moving violations in CMV in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last year with no serious violations in the last three years.
- No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 3 years and can not have more than 3 parking lot incidents in the last two years
- No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months
- May not have been terminated from any driving job for any reason in the last 12 months and no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years
Salary : $1,620 - $2,020
