CDL-A Drivers Get Home Weekly Earn 1600 to 2000/WK

Class A drivers are looking for the guarantee of a salary extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly.

JOB PAY AND SUMMARY

• Drivers will pick up loads at DC just outside of Front Royal. Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.

• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded.

• Drivers will make between 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver put boxes that weigh between 1-35LBS on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.

• When the driver takes their 34-hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When their week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.

• Orientation will take place in Dayton, is generally about 2 days. Company pays for transportation, hotel and meals and you are paid $85/Day for orientation

• After training for 3-5 days (paid at $210/Day) driver can have their pet and rider with them from first day after training

• Full benefits will start after 60 days and will include:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Drivers must be 21 years old and have six months of verifiable Class A experience in the last year or one year veriable Class A experience in the last 3 years

• CDL must be in state of current residence when you apply.

• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.

• May have Two DOT Recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which you may not have in the last three years

o None with a major traffic violation

o Preventable Rear End

o No jackknifes

o No rollovers

• Can not have been terminated from most recent job for any reason. Company goes off what employer states on the verification.

• You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle

o 15

o Reckless

o Following too closely

o Texting or using handheld device

o THIS IS ONLY FOR PERSONAL VEHICLE IF HAVE ANY OF THESE IN COMMERCIAL YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED.
