Responsibilities

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and resolving any escalated concerns promptly.
- Oversee budget management and resource distribution to optimize efficiency without compromising quality.

Experience
- Proven experience in project management or operations management within a multicultural or international setting.
- Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-cultural teams effectively while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced certifications such as PMP are advantageous.
