Installation and Warehouse Technician

We have an immediate opening for an Installer and Warehouse Technician to join our team. This is a physically demanding role, with some tasks requiring AV and computer skills. Travel is required and may be as much as two weeks per month during our busy season.

This is MORE than a warehouse position. We are looking for a solution seeker who is adaptable and thrives in a fast paced working environment. You MUST also be comfortable with traveling outside of Las Vegas for installations.

This role requires skills with hand tools, computers and forklift experience. Perhaps most important is the physical ability to work as long and hard as needed in the warehouse and on the trade show floor. Of special importance is your track record of employment, good job references AND a can-do attitude.

Compensation range depends on background and experience; $22/hr. starting wage DOE.

We want to train you on all aspects of our business. A growth mindset and willingness to learn our processes and procedures is critical to your success on our team. Starting wage for people without experience or strong similar background is $22 an hour plus benefits. We pay more while working on installations on the show floor because it’s more intense and more demanding. Floor work differential is $30/hour.

The person we are looking for will have some type of demanding physical work experience. On our team you will often work hard and fast for hours in the warehouse and installing a booth. We’re looking for someone that can show us they can take direction but also work independently, are efficient, productive and have references to back this up.

In this Installer/Warehouse Technician role you will learn how to pull jobs accurately for quality control and pack jobs for timely shipping. You will learn our steps to efficiently install our rental booths and get these booths show ready. You will also learn our steps to efficiently dismantle and pack our booths for their return journey. The show floor is a fast paced physically demanding environment.

It’s best if you're fit, mechanically inclined and good with AV and computers.

You need to be hungry to learn and grow, including a willingness for travel and working overtime. Overtime that will undoubtedly consume many weekends and evenings as many shows install or dismantle on weekends and evenings. On the flip side, you will have the opportunity to travel and experience different cities once the job is done. You will become a critical member of a small team, shouldering your share of the workload when we are busy and making sure your work environment is clean and organized and ready for more when we are less busy.
