Exhibit Craft is seeking an experienced, highly organized Project Manager to oversee custom exhibit projects from initial estimating and planning through production, installation, and dismantle.
This is a hands-on, in-person position for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating multiple departments, managing budgets, and keeping complex projects moving forward under firm deadlines.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, communicates professionally, takes ownership of their work, and knows how to resolve challenges without creating unnecessary conflict.
Exhibit Craft is a South Florida exhibit house specializing in custom trade show exhibits, rental displays, graphics, branded environments, and event-related services. For more than 25 years, we have helped clients bring complex exhibit concepts to life through creative design, fabrication, technology, logistics, and on-site execution.
- Manage assigned projects from estimating and handoff through production, installation, and final closeout.
- Partner with Sales, Design, CAD, Production, Graphics, Asset Management, and outside vendors.
- Develop accurate estimates by gathering pricing for labor, materials, equipment, freight, and outside services.
- Own and actively manage project budgets, costs, schedules, and deliverables.
- Create clear and complete production work orders.
- Lead project-launch meetings and communicate responsibilities, deadlines, and project requirements.
- Review and approve CAD drawings, graphic specifications, and production details for accuracy.
- Identify potential problems early and develop practical solutions.
- Communicate project status, changes, risks, and decisions clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Coordinate vendors, freight, show services, installation, and dismantle requirements.
- Travel to show sites when needed to oversee installation and dismantle.
- Maintain accurate project information in company systems, including NetSuite and project-management platforms.
- Complete project reconciliation and closeout following each event.
- Five or more years of project-management experience in trade shows, exhibits, events, custom fabrication, millwork, scenic production, commercial interiors, or a closely related industry.
- Working knowledge of custom fabrication, basic woodworking, materials, graphics, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and evaluate architectural, fabrication, or CAD drawings.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, budgets, vendors, and overlapping deadlines.
- Strong financial judgment and attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when priorities change or challenges arise.
- Ability to receive feedback, collaborate across departments, and professionally resolve disagreements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel and occasionally work outside standard business hours during installations or critical show periods.
- Projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Work orders and drawings are accurate and complete.
- Potential problems are identified before they become emergencies.

- Compensation: $60k - $70k annually, based on relevant experience
