ExFreight is a U.S. based digital logistics and transportation provider with service to and from over 150 countries worldwide. We are currently expanding our sales operations at our head office in Lake Worth, Florida. Our innovative online shipping platform allows customers to obtain instant door to door freight rates, complete online bookings, and view real-time map-based shipment tracking. ExFreight services include air freight, ocean freight, and trucking all within the sphere of our online logistics solution.
Job Description:
• Comprehensive account management duties including customer outreach, understanding of assigned account(s) business model/needs, solution selling of additional products and services to meet customer needs.
• Proactive follow-up and engagement of prospects and targets to continually move deals through the next-step of the sales process.
• Leveraging the ExFreight platform and CRM sales system to manage business.
• Frequent online demos of ExFreight digital shipping platform.
• Articulating the benefits of digital transportation and ExFreight’s transportation solutions.
• Meeting weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators to continually grow business.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of logistics sales experience along with:
• A bachelors degree, preferably in a business-related field. A logistics emphasis or additional course of study is a bonus.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. This is imperative.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time.
• A strong desire to succeed along with a high-level of energy and personal motivation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work 8-5, Monday-Friday in our Lake Worth, FL office.
