We look for individuals that have strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, effective communication skills, and a desire to be a part of something bigger than just you.
We provide professional training, guidance and all the tools necessary to ensure your success. With a proven training program you will be guiding customers through the process of helping them find the perfect car.
Daily Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Follow up with sold and un-sold customers
- Ability to demonstrate the features of each vehicle to customers
-Ongoing product, process and procedure training by our General Sales Manager
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide the best customer experience
Exeter Subaru offers Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance and Delta Dental to all full time employees 30 days after start of employment. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays, as we believe family work balance is important. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 annually bonuses (entry level)
Example of a Product Specialist’s schedule (~42 hours per week):
Mon 9:00am – 6:00pm
Tues. 9:00am – 6:00pm
Wed. – off
Thurs. 11:00am – 6:00pm
Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00pm
Sunday – CLOSED
